FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do Instant Estimates work?
Pick your service, answer a few quick questions about the tree and access, and share your contact info. You'll see a ballpark price range right away, and we follow up to confirm the final scope.
Are you licensed and insured in Tennessee?
Yes. We carry the licensing, liability, and workers' compensation coverage expected for professional tree work in Tennessee. Certificates are available any time you ask.
How fast can you get to storm damage?
Emergency lines are monitored around the clock. After Middle Tennessee thunderstorms, straight-line winds, or ice, trees on structures and blocked driveways move to the front of the line.
Do you haul away the wood and debris?
Cleanup comes standard on nearly every job. Want firewood rounds or mulch chips left behind? Just say so when we confirm your estimate.
Can you grind the stump the same visit?
Often, yes — when gate access and the schedule cooperate. Otherwise we book grinding within days of the takedown so the yard is usable again quickly.
Can you handle tight lots and fenced backyards?
Every week. Nashville's older neighborhoods and newer subdivision rows both come with narrow access — we plan rigging, protection mats, and equipment before the first cut.
What areas do you serve?
Greater Nashville — including Franklin, Brentwood, Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Gallatin, and the surrounding Middle Tennessee communities.
Do you work with HOAs and commercial properties?
Yes. We support HOAs, offices, retail centers, and multi-family communities with scheduled maintenance, documentation, and priority storm response.
